Since this week is pretty quiet, and the gard
en is so beautiful right now, I thought I'd put up a few pictures of some of the flowers. The yellow lily is called Erin Prairie, and it just started blooming this week. The hydrangea is Endless Summer. And the fadey-out one is just a larger view of the garden, but unfortunately the pic is a little washed out by the glorious sunshine.
I think an abundance of sunshine is a good problem to have.

Lovely! Besides being an excellent gardener, you are also a superb photographer. Wasn't today beautiful? I am so grateful for these days. I hope I can hold them in my heart and mind this winter. Oh! Smack me for saying a dirty word!
Oh, thank you for saying such sweet things! I think with both gardening and photography I'm just bumbling around and sometimes get lucky. But yes, we've had some lovely days this week. We have to savor them!
And I think we'll have to ban the word "winter" for a long, long time.
